Craig Sager, colorful NBA reporter dies after cancer battle

“Man, life is too beautiful, too wonderful, there’s just too many things.” “It’s not just you. It’s your family and kids and all. Fight. Fight until the end. Fight as hard as you can.”

The above words are the words of a longtime sideline reporter with the National Basketball Association.

He was known for his love for a colourful wardrobe and had a great relationship with the NBA’s elite; he succumbed after a tough fight with cancer that he fought so hard to overcome.

Turner Sports announced his death without disclosing details. He was 65 and had worked basketball games for TNT for nearly twenty-five years.

He is survived by a 28-year-old son, Craig Sager Jnr.
